Health and Safety Policy

A written Health and Safety policy is a legal requirement for companies who employ five or more staff. LCSS can create a policy and management system that matches the specific requirements of your business.
The policy will consist of the following three sections:

  • Statement of Intent
  • Organisational Responsibilities
  • Arrangements including all risk assessments, safe systems of work and procedures for the equipment and materials you use.

As part of our service, LCSS will keep your policy updated with all legislation changes and carry out an annual review.
